Who should attend this program?
This program is for any child who is eager to learn. The goal is to decrease any regression over the summer, so children will continue to build more language and reading skills to help them be at an advantage when school begins.
What time does camp start and end?
Camp starts at 9:00 and ends at 4:00. Drop off starts at 8:45. We offer after care for $60 a week from 4:00 to 5:00 or you can pay for the number of days you will need for the week instead.
Late pickup grace period: 15 minutes (4:15).
Campers not picked up at 4:15 will be charged the aftercare rate for the day.
A fee of $5 per 5 minutes will be charged after 5:00.
What fees are required to save my spot?
Please register and pay for the number of weeks you plan for your child to attend the program. Spots will not be reserved without payment.

Select the number of weeks your camper will attend our program
Complete the form
Select the payment option (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank withdrawal)
Once you have paid, you will be contacted by someone in our staff within 3 business days.
Are children required to be potty trained?
Yes, all children must be potty trained and able to dress and feed themselves without assistance.
How will you handle behaviors?
Behaviors will be monitored closely, to allow all children and staff to be safe.
Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy
A refund of 100% will be refunded up to March 15, 2025. There are no refunds for any missed days during the week, not unless Capital Reading Club has an emergency.
Drop off and pick up policy
Adults are required to sign children in and not. Please bring a form of ID for pickup. No more than 3 people are allowed to do pickup. If your child needs to leave early or will arrive late, please alert the camp director by phone or email.

What should my child bring each day?
Children should bring lunch, water, and 1-2 snacks. Rising kindergartners should bring a change of clothes just in case they have an accident. Please leave any toys or games at home.
